Hi
I have read through the other posts on here and tried everything but I can not get my Aria 2 to connect to wifi.
I remove the battery and reinsert it and the screen shows. www.fitbit.com/setup then I try to follow the steps on screen but no network starting with Aria appears. My aria is next to the router - about 10cm away.
I then tried to connect using my phone fitbit app. it sees the aria and when i press the button on the back to put it into wifi mode to connect wifi I get the message 'wifi problem, there was a problem with wifi' NO further information is given.
I can't get it to even work as a basic scale, the screen won't change from showing fitbit.com/setup
How can I try to get this to work. So far I haven't seen anyone solve their wifi isssues on this forum, have i just bought an expensive piece of trash?
any help appreciated. thanks

Does your router meet the required specifications?
Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.

Hi yes my wifi does. I have 2.5ghz as an option and have tried using that option but I can't even get to the stage where it looks for internet.
