Aria 2 , can’t set up

I am trying to re-set up my aria because it stopped syncing once I got a new router. 

 

I followed the step to a point where I connect to “ariaxxxxx” network. I come back to the set up page and tapped “I’m connected” but then I see “safari can’t open the page because network connection is lost”. I tried setting it up on a computer as well but I get the same error message. 

 

Could you please help? Thank you.

@Bonabona Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the setup difficulties you've experienced with your Aria scale.

 

I want to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your scale could be set up.

 

In the meantime, please let me know what is the error message that you get while trying the setup process. Also, let me know what is the make and model of your router.

Hi @Bonabona, just adding on to what @JuanJoFitbit mentioned, are you near your router when you try to set up your scale?  Sometimes it helps to be close to the router.  When I got mine, I wasn't far from my router, and it set up right away.
