Aria 2 cannot connect to wifi (new device)

Just bought a new Aria 2 but it can't connect to wifi. Showing "No networks found. Check your wifi connection, then try again" error. 

 

  • Already factory reset
  • on 2.4g wifi network. WPA password

Have tried more than 10 times so is the product defective or common aria 2 problem?  

Have already checked a few topics under this community but couldn't seem to solve the issue.

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.
