Aria 2 change of wifi

Hi,

I have a new wifi at home (Google wifi).

I m trying to change the wifi setting in the Aria 2 scale but nothing seem to work.

 

I have tried the www.fitbit.com/scale/setup --> but I never get the "setup active" message on my scale, and I do not see wifi Aria on my laptop

 

I have tried also to push the button for wifi discovery under the scale and use the mobile app to connect. But it say that the aria is maybe not close enough to connect. But my mobile and my wifi are 30cm away.

 

What else can I do to fix this?

Does your new wifi meet the requirements?

 

Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.
