I know this has been posted before, but my Aria 2 isn't connecting to my devices. I had no issue when I bought my Versa Lite to connect, but this scale is just not happening.
I've removed and reinserted the batteries, turning my blue tooth on and off, turned my wifi on and off, made sure no other devices were interring with the connection process.
Do I need to delete my account and reinstall both devices together? I've even asked my brother for help and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still nothing....

@Morganm.0819 welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it won't connect with your network nor your devices.
I would like to know if your Aria 2 shows any error message when trying to connect it. Also, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. This article also contains the router settings that are needed to connect your scale.
