Aria 2 continues to recognize me as a "Guest"

I had the Aria 2 recognize me as me for years then my GF tried the scales once and I cannot get it to recognize me. I read all the other posts about how to get Aria 2 to stop recognizing me as a guest. They did not help. I tried:

remove batteries 15 seconds, restart

hard reset with paper clip in pinhole and batteries out

deleted Aria 2 from app and readded it via new setup

deleted past weigh-ins from the app

--none of the above works for the Aria 2 to recognize me. How to solve?
