We have properly set up our Aria 2 scale and it works correctly. However, about every other day the device information drops off of our phones and when we weigh ourselves we are identified as a guest. I then have to go back in and reset up the scale on our phone. This has happened several times and the device information will not remain on our phone

@Blake1240, are you setting up the scales on more than one phone or device, instead of inviting the second user? Setting it up on a second phone will cause it to be removed from the first phone.

@Blake1240 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Aria 2 info got removed from your phone. I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after taking into consideration the details that pointed out my friend @USAF-Larry.
As an aside note, please take a look at this help article, which explains how to invite people to use your Aria scale after setting it up on your account as @USAF-Larry also mentioned.
