Aria 2 disappeared from the Fitbit app

I have an Aria 2, had a Flex 2 (but lost it yesterday) so I unpaired the Flex 2, but the Aria was still connected this morning. Now it's gone. I'm trying to re-pair it and the screen won't show any device options, just keep loading. (Spinning circle thing) I ordered a new device and would like to be able pair it. I'd also like to re-pair my Aria.

Hi @Sissy0829, I'm glad to see you around.

I'm sorry about your Flex 2, and thanks for letting me know about your Aria 2. It's strange that the Aria 2 disappeared from the Fitbit app, and I'll help you out with this. Just to clarify, by not showing any device options, do you mean that there isn't an option to setup your Aria 2? Also, may I know if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version? In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps to reconnect the Aria 2:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Place the Aria 2 is within 10 feet from your phone and router.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  4. Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled in your phone.
  5. Tap on the Account icon and the option to setup a device.
  6. Choose the Aria 2 and follow the onscreen instructions.

With your other inquiry, once you have your other device, I'd recommend to check this help article so it can be setup in your Fitbit account.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
