I've been a very happy Fitbit user for many years but I received my Aria 2 yesterday and am majorly disappointed.
Me and my husband are both having the same issue, we set up yesterday morning, everything worked perfectly, we weighed ourselves, it recorded our weight etc, then last night when we weighed ourselves we both showed up as 'guest'. On looking at our phones the Aria 2 device had been removed from both, so we had to go through the whole set up process again this morning -very annoying. I now look at my phone and it has again deleted the device. We are both having the same problem so it's nothing to do with our phones, one is an Android and one is an iPhone.
Can you help please before I send the scales back.

I think I have worked out what's happening here. We are both setting up on our phones and deleting the previous person - I understand now, one of us sets up and sends an invitation to the other user.
