Aria 2 disconnects after a few days.

After working for a few days, Aria 2 disconnects from wifi and is difficult to reconnect.  If I am eventually able to get it connected, it works for a few days and then disconnects again.  This is getting frustrating.  It is so nice when it works.

@Cypress7 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 gets disconnected from your network. Please try restarting your router. After this, set up your scale from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

As an aside note, please make sure that your router is running the protocol 802.11b, bandwidth 2.4GHz and your WiFi password contains less than 32 characters. This info can be verified with your Internet service provider.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Thanks for the followup Juan. I discovered that my I was having a problem with my 2.4GHz network and finally got it to connect. If it disconnects again, I’ll contact my ISP about connection problems. Meanwhile, an old problem re-emerged. On the Aria 2/ Recent Weigh-Ins on my iMac and my iPhone, it shows the most recent weigh-in correctly. But that does not appear in my Dashboard on either my iMac or my iPhone. This has also been a variable problem. It worked great for several weeks until this most recent disconnect. Now that I have it reconnected, however, the problem persists. I have 802.11b protocol with 2.4GHz bandwidth. My password is 32 characters.

Please advise.

@Cypress7 I'm glad to hear that the connection issue has been resolved. Regarding the readings that are showing wrong on your Dashboard, please try logging out of your account, restart your devices. After this, log back in and see if the readings appear correctly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
