I bought aria 2 scales today and had trouble getting them to connect to my iphone. Finally have them connected to my phone but when trying to weigh I get ‘error 1’. How do I fix this please?

Hi @6225, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it shows an "Error 1" message.

 

Please check out this help article, which explains the meaning of the error message that your Aria 2 is displaying. It also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try and fix the issue.
