Aria 2 displays incorrect weight.

I’ve had the Aria 2 for 3 months. It’s been really consistent. Then last night, it said I gained 5 lbs in the course of 2 hours. I didn’t even eat!

 

Yes, it’s on a flat surface and I’m barefoot when I get one. I also took the batteries out for 15 seconds, replaced them, and weighed myself 5 times.

 

Either the scale is correct now and it’s been giving me false reads all week, or it’s incorrect now. I’ve had a steady decline in weight all week. And then this.

Thanks for letting me know about your Aria 2, as well for making sure it's on a flat surface. You did a great job with the troubleshooting steps! It's expected to see a difference of +/- 2 lbs, and this is an odd behavior. I've gone ahead and contacted our Support Team so they can create a case on your behalf. You should receive an email with more details soon, keep an eye on your inbox.
