My Aria 2 scales have been working fine since we got them almost three years ago. In the last two weeks I step on to weigh myself, the scales will start to sync and then one of two things happens
I have taken the batteries out and put them back in. I'm able to connect to the scales on my phone after pressing the connection button in the battery panel. Usually (not 100% of the time) I can connect to the scales and update the wi-fi so it can sync. However, even if I achieve this, it will not work the following day.
How do I fix this please?
