I just set up my Aria 2 but cannot see it on my Dashboard. I have an iPhone 7.

Hi @ZazJudo, welcome on board!

 

Thanks for sharing that you have the Aria 2, and I'll help you with your inquiry. Just to confirm, may I know if there was a check mark on the scale's display after completing the setup process? Is the Fitbit app updated to the 3.1 version? Is your iPhone 7 also updated to the latest OS version? I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your iPhone 7.
  3. Log back in to your account and tap the Account icon.
  4. You'll see the Aria 2 image in there.

 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
