Aria 2 dosent display my symbol when I weight-in

My wife and I share the aria2 scale and in the beginning, it was displaying our correct weight but lately when I weigh-in it sends my stats to her under her symbol and I never see my weight on my personal fitbit app. It was recognizing our different weights and at one time allowed us to choose the correct image but has not been doing that lately.

@murphyr welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not assigning your weigh ins to the correct user.

 

Please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourselves 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate the scale. Finally, follow the steps that are listed in this help article in order to assign the weigh ins to the correct user.
