Scale is in same place, on level/hard surface, no drops or blunt force trauma, since purchase roughly 5rs ago. Weigh in last Thursday was normal weight range for both users. 48hrs later, both users weighed in with a loss of over 10lbs each. Reset, no change. Replaced batteries, no change. Removed device on both apps, no change. Added device back, no change. Let sit without batteries for 12hrs, reinstalled, no change. Anything else I can try before this goes to the electronics recycling & I buy a new one?
