My Aria 2 seems to be taking a long time to sync with my iPhone Fitbit app, It takes about 20 minutes before showing up on my Dashboard Weight tile. Is this normal?

No, @mdlupo54, I would not consider that normal.  Your Aria 2 syncs via your WiFi to the Fitbit server, and then when you refresh your phone's Fitbit app the data should be there.  I can go back to the exercise room where the scales are located, weigh myself, and return to the living room where the the phone is located, open the Weight tile and the data is already there (it won't display on the main dashboard tile because the app hasn't been refreshed, but it will be there when I open the tile page).

Having same issue - taking 20+ minutes for weight to sync with the app on my phone. Any ideas on cause or how to fix the issue?

@Cveile Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is taking a up to 20 minutes in order to update your data.

Please open the Fitbit app after you weigh yourself so your data can be updated right after. In the meantime, please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if your readings gets synced instantly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
