I have had a very furstrating experience trying to set up my Aria 2. I was close to send it back already, but hoping one of you might be able to help 🙂
The issue: Every time I step on the scale, I get the "waves", followed by the "feet" telling me to step off the scale. As soon as I step off, the display briefly flashes and goes dark, without displaying any measurements. No measurements appear in the app/ dashboard. None.
What worked:
- Completed the setup process (entered 4-digit code in app and connected to Wi-fi, picked my symbol etc)
- The scale is able to connect to Wifi (I get the check-mark)
What I have tried so far:
- Press button in battery box
- Take out batteries for 10 mins and try again
- Re-do the setup process a number of times
- Re-connect the wi-fi a number of times
- Watched every setup-tutorial on Youtube and searched this forum
- logged out and logged back in to the Fitbit app
- created a new fitbit login and re-started the whole process
- And yeah I'm barefoot and the scale is on a hard surface
I'm out of ideas - thinking of sending it back unless one of you has the winning solution 😉
