I was able to set up the Aria 2 with my phone (Galaxy 7). I entered the correct modem and password. It said it was connected. Even setup the badge, name of scale everything.
It says it last synced on Oct 10 at around 4pm. Since then, every time I try to weigh myself, the scale says that it CANNOT CONNECT. I do the reconnect procedure and again enter the correct modem and password and it says it's all set up, but again, there is the CANNOT CONNECT. I put is right beside my modem - still no fix to the issue.

Please check out this help article and try the troubleshooting steps that are recommended for the error message that your scale is displaying. After this, monitor your scale and see if it connects to your router.
