My aria 2 has lost its WiFi connection.

it seems to pick up my neighbours wifi ok but not mine !

even moved the aria into the living room next to the router, but it just won’t pick it up.

all other devices are connected to my WiFi ok, powered down the router and back on, powered down the aria and back on but no joy

so frustrating

Does your network meet the requirements?

Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.

Hi @Starkeyiom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it's not connecting with your network.

Please let me know if your router complies with the settings that @Patruns listed above. Also, make sure that you are following the setup process as advised in this help article.

Looking forward to your response.
