So, It all started about 1 month ago where I decided I wanted to lose body fat and get to that sub 10% body fat and so here's me putting in loads of effort in the gym 500 calorie deficit and I was using £5 scales, I thought they were a bit dodgy to begin with but I carried on, then I saved up enough money to buy myself what I thought would be good scales at this price point. Since I've started using them they are the most inaccurate and inconsistent readings. One day I was 13.9% next I was 14.9%. I'm not sure what to do considering my £5 scales are so much better than, not even gonna call them scales at this point. Please may someone help.
