Hi.
Does anyone have a actually scientifically proven fix for the aria 2 incorrectly calculating body fat ?
I have tried removing batteries, restarting, Wi-Fi reconfiguarion, changing gender.
None of this has worked. My bf shows 38% and I know this reads incorrect as a previous scale shows 29%
Any ideas anyone ?

@Meteorsix, don't know if there are any "" fixes, but have you tried changing the scale setting for Body Type from Regular to Lean? The WiFi configuration has nothing to do with the scales weighing or measuring BF%.

@Meteorsix Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not providing accurate body fat readings. By the way, thank you for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps and the workaround that suggested my friend @USAF-Larry.
I'd like to know if your Aria 2 is placed on an even or flat surface and you are standing on it barefoot. If these details are already covered, let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
Looking forward to your response!

Hi
Unfortunately none of these solutions work.
I have the scale on a flat surface with bear feet.
Open to other suggestions.

Hi there, I am having the same problem with my Aria2.
Tbe body fat % is incorrect. It shows as 29 and I am measured correctly at 23, so this is quite far out, I have the scales on a flat hard floor and bare feet, I have also taken the batteries out refreshed and turned lean mode on. Please can you help? I’m very disappointed because this is an expensive purchase considering the inaccuracies. Hayley
