Hi there, 

 

I’m looking to troubleshoot my Aria 2 - I’ve been using it for the last year or so and have loved the results. However it now seems the results are very much incorrect as it’s telling me I’ve put on 3.5kg in a week. 

Has anyone else had this issue and any recommendations of how to fix it?

Hi @EL_Erin, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not providing accurate weight readings.

 

I'd like you to re-calibrate your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row. Make sure that you are weighing yourself barefoot.

 

Finally, monitor your scale and see if it provides accurate weight readings.
