Hello,

Although I read positive and negative reviews on Amazon. The product is said that "not released yet"

Does it mean that the product was pulled off due to problems or these are fraudulent products since it is already available on Amazon UAE?

That "not released yet" is not correct.  It has been out over 2 years.

It is not listed in the Fitbit Store either, and this has been the case for a few months.  Some have speculated there is a new replacement model coming, but nobody really knows.

If you find it for sale from an authorized dealer, it will still be covered under warranty, but it is possible there could be a new  model scale coming, or maybe production has just been interrupted by the virus.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
