Aria 2 is not tracking body fat percentage

My aria 2 scales show my weight then turn off, they don’t show my fat % bmi and they don’t sync it just turns off. Iv changed batteries to new ones. Iv reset the device by removing the batteries for 15 seconds. Iv removed the device and set it back up and it’s still doing the same thing.

Hi @BobbieLee97, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it's not tracking and syncing your body fat percentage. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row and see if it provides your body fat data.
