Aria 2 is re-calibrating for no reason

My Aria 2 scales have been working normally for nearly a year, since a month ago they have started recalibrating every 2-3 days for no apparent reason. I've tried the following:

1) Change batteries.

2) Factory reset.

3) Moving the scales closer to my router.

Previously they would recalibrate if moved but that's not the case, they are static and used everyday.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Roy_L, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the constant re-calibration issue that your Aria 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
