I updated my router and was trying to reconnect the Aria 2 scale to the new wifi.
Impossible. I've spent hours with this (I'm good with technology and expert user). I've tried everything I've found, reinstalled app, reset scale, changed router security, test with other phone, test with laptop, etc.
The closest I get was that the Aria shows a 4 digit number but when I insert these numbers in the Fitbit app, it tries to connect to Fitbit and fails.
Some years ago I started having issues with my Fitbit watch. Now this... I think maybe it's time to finish my relation with Fitbit very soon... it's a shame I have to throw away this scale.
If anybody solved this, any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks and happy new year!

Same thing happens to me. Looking for a solution.
Tried with a Google account and with a Fitbit account. Tried two different iPhones and an Android tablet.
Can't get the scale to accept the bluetooth 4 digit code. The scale is unusable. Such a shame.

Thanks! I still did not try login with Google, but if you already try I won't waste my time...
After this I know for sure I will leave the Fitbit ecosystem forever no matter that Google bought Fitbit... I remember this scale was not cheap to finish this way...
I remember I used to be a happy Fitbit user! This is a sad ending...
I hope that this a bug and I'll be waiting for a solution ASAP.

Hello @dilmont @and @jrom987 and welcome to the Community. Here is a link to the Aria 2 manual . Please jump to the network requirements. Please make sure your new router doesn’t exceed the scale’s requirements.

Hi @LZeeW, Thank you for your response.
My issue happens before the Aria is even aware of the Wifi network.
I am not able to progress after entering the 4 digit number displayed on Aria. I enter the number on my phone exactly as it appears on the Aria 2 screen but I get the following message: "sorry. this code isn't valid". All this happens before selecting a Wifi network, so I doubt it has anything to do with the router.
I am not able to get passed that point.
Thanks

Hi @LZeeW, thanks!
Yes, my new router is backwards compatible with Aria 2 requirements. Anyway, today I tried and set it to WPA security just in case but the issue still persists.
Thanks!
