Over the last few weeks I've been noticing wild fluctuations in my muscle/fat weight readings. My overall weight has increased fairly linearly (although I'm not sure why) but my body comp is changing wildly. For instance, the scale tells me that I've lost 3.7 lbs of muscle in 2 days...simply not possible!
