Aria 2 my husband is not recognized

What to do if the scale keeps on seeing my husbond as GUEST?

- we have reinstalled the scale

- the wifi works fine

- my weighings are recognized

- we have uninstalled and installed app on husbonds phone 5 times (and restarted phone)

- we have removed batteries for 15 seconds on scale

- we have reset the scale

- he has stepped on the weight 5 times in a row (but the weight does not ask who he is)

- his weight is registered in the app but it keeps on removing the weight (under Personal) 

please don’t tell me to start all over again. I have spent 3 hours on this and it’s ridiculous. It Should be the easiest thing in the world but right now I just feel like delivering it back to the store

Hi @Aurum4u A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. You should be able instruct your scale that the guest weigh ins are your husband.

To do this you will need to select your Aria 2 from your device list within your Fitbit App. Tap on recent weigh ins and then tap on of the guest weigh ins and assign your husband to them. This will help Aria 2 recognise that it is your husband stepping on the scale next time he weighs in.

Since your Aria 2 scale recognizes your husband as "Guest", I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that @Tony.r shared.
