I have my aria 2 a while now, no problems. 3 days ago it decided I was a stone lighter overnight and has given me different weights 5lbs apart every time I step on it.
I've taken batteries out and put them back in. I've reset it from scratch, nothing works- weights are inconsistent from minute to minute. Any suggestions?
Unacceptable for such an expensive scales!

@Sundaegirl welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not providing accurate readings. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try weighing yourself 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate your Aria 2. Also, make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it barefoot. After this, monitor your scale and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Update: bordering on rude conversation with fitbit support staff who basically told me the weight the scale was reading was correct!!! It is a whole 6kg less than I actally weigh!!!!! While I would love to believe this massive weight loss in a week, I know my weight has not changed in this time. When asked how I know this, I told fitbit staff I double checked with an old manual scales. I was told the scales was fine and my old one was the problem and fitbit needed to do no more! Awful customer service - Don't buy Fitbit! I will be seeking a refund for a product not fit for purpose and wouldn't buy from a company with a customer care policy like I experienced today. Fitbit management, feel free to

@thuybmhoang thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I appreciate the time spent trying the the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above.
I would like to know if you have restarted your Aria 2. If not, please take out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row. Finally, monitor your scale's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes! 😀
