My Aria 2 reports me as “Guest” and no longer displays body fat %. I have since replaced the batteries to make sure that isn’t the issue. Same behavior.
I stop on the scale and the weight reports, then “GUEST”. I tap left to see if I can switch profiles but nothing is acknowledged. Then the sync check mark appears. I then log into my Fitbit account and see the recent measurement. Even though I assign it to myself, the next time I stop on the scale it still reports “GUEST”. Any ideas?

@DavidGunter welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's recognizing you as "Guest" and won't provide body fat readings even though you have replaced the batteries before contacting our forums.
Please weigh yourself 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate the scale. Also, make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it barefoot.
Finally, check out this help article and follow the steps that haven't been performed and see if the issues get fixed.

I tried this but it still won’t show the fat percentage. This problem only started a couple of weeks ago.
