For the last couple of weeks, my Aria 2 has not turned on.

 

I’ve already:

  • put in new batteries
  • cleaned where the batteries go
  • left batteries out for a while
  • completely reset it

I stand still on the scale and it’s on a flat, tiled floor.

 

Any advice?

@eski009  Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Aria 2 display is not turning on. Thank you for trying all the recommended troubleshooting steps. Since the issue persists, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution.
