So My Aria 2 that I have had for about 3 years stopped connecting to the Wifi I would reset it and it would work for one day but stop again. So all fitbit has now is a Aria Air ? this device is just a scale, no wifi not fat counters its just crap. and fitbit does not have another aria 2 ? I was told there are other vendors that work with the fitbit app but my question is how do they work, do I go into the fitbit app and add the scale to my fitbit app ? or do I have to have a withing app that connect to fitbit ?
how is this intergraded ?

@gibbyhome The Aria 2 was discontinued and the only available Fitbit model is the Aria Air. You are correct, this is a scale and doesn't measure body fat percent. I'm sorry, but you can only add a Fitbit scale to your Fitbit account. Here is a very current article from Gadgets & Wearables with information on brands that can link to your Fitbit account. I don't have personal experience linking another account to my Fitbit account. Before you choose your new scale, see if you can find a FAQ page in that brand's Support page for linking instructions.

I'm in the same situation. The last time my Aria 2 synced was on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 12:39PM. After that, every time I weigh myself and the scale tries to connect, I end up with a "No WiFi" error message in the display. I have gone through the Update Network Connection procedure on the (Android) app three times, and the reconnect failed each time. I purchased the scale in September 2018. Is there anything else I can try to get the connection working again? Is this a generic problem, or just isolated failures?
Anticipating follow-up questions, there are currently eight devices on my WiFi network, and all except the Aria 2 are functioning correctly. I've tried rebooting my router and that made no difference, the Aria 2 will still not connect to my WiFi network. I have replaced the batteries in the Aria 2 with fresh batteries, and that also made no difference.

Interesting! My Aria 2 last synced properly on the 5th May. It has worked perfectly since I got it. Checked the Wi-Fi and battery but all is fine. I find it very interesting that this problem has occurred at a similar time for all of us…

I have two Aria 2 scales and just today there is a 4lb discrepancy between them? They have not been moved and are in two separate bathrooms and all
of a sudden today there is an offset. I removed the batteries in both and replaced and allowed them to reset and weighed 5 times as stated in the help and both are still 4lbs off??

I’m having the same exact problem, I checked my app and last sync to the scale was actually 4/5/22 but I just noticed it today

Mine stopped syncing May 21. So frustrating.
