I have a Nest Wifi Pro router, after spending days troubleshooting, the scale will not connect. Here is what I've done (in order):
- Followed connection instructions to a "T"
- Factory reset, then follow the instructions again
- since it is a multi-band router, and the scale only connects using the 2.4Ghz band, I walked down the road to get away from the 5Ghz until my phone and scale were only using the 2.4Ghz band. I tried for half an hour to connect, but nothing.
I contacted Support, who just sent me the connection/install instructions and then ghosted me. I cannot manually adjust, turn off 5Ghz or otherwise steer the router.
Ohh great fitbit community, please help.
