Aria 2 not connecting to WIFI

Hello,

I have recently set up my Aria 2 scale. When I step on it recognizes me as a user but it will not sync to my WIFI. I have tried re-setting the wifi and also tried re-activating the scale three times (removing the batteries, deleting the scale from my Fitbit app & starting from scratch). It connects to WIFI when I authorize the set up for the scale but whenever I weigh myself it can't find connection. I have recently moved houses and had the same issue before the move.

Hi @Kmaruno93,

How do you store the scale when it's not in use?  It needs to be stored on a flat surface so it doesn't mess up the sensors or connection to the WiFi.

It is stored on a hardwood floor surface right next to the wifi router.
