My aria 2 will not connect to WiFi not track bodyfat. I have tried every fix on the forum and nothing works. Please can you offer support. 

 

It is is less than a year old so very frustrating.

@Rblake welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not trackign your body fat percentage nor connecting to your network. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information.

 

In the meantime, let me know if you get any error message when your Aria 2 tries to sync your data. Also, make sure that you are standing on the scale still and barefoot
