My Aria 2 will not connect to my home wifi nor will it connect to my iPhone hotspot.

Hi @slight1 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issues that your Versa 2 has experienced with your network, please try taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in.

 

After this, make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help article, under the Aria scales section and see if it connects with your network properly.
