We were very excited about the scales arriving yesterday...to find out that we have never seen a product that complicated to work out, if it works at all...at the mometn I'm very frustruated, having wasted my evening on setting up via the app, connecting to the network, etc. gettiing nowhere.
Basically I managed to follow the instructions until the point where Aria 2 was added to my account.
I managed to put in our wifi password too and choose an icon as a user. To come back to the app and found that no reading was recorded. Went back to the scales, deleted Aria 2 from fit bit, rebooted the scales, rebooted the router, from then on the app would either not find the scales at all and if it did it woudl not take us further past the icon selection, or when that work it woudl not actually provide reading on the app, to then dissapear completely from the app. Super expensive product, very poor instructions, at the moment it would weigh me as a guest and I can not face any more time to try to work out how to start all over again to connect it to my fitbit APP and get it work. I actually doubt it works. BTW we were one meter away from the router and my husband and I tried independently on number of times. I just want to scream and send it back. Any ideas before I do so?

@MonHalina Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response by the way. However, I want to follow up on the setup difficulties you've experienced with your Aria scale and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Aria 2 could be set up.
