I couldn't seem to find any thread about this so please I hope the community can help.
My Aria 2 has stopped connecting to my WiFi network but not only that, after several attempts to reset, re-connect etc etc. No matter what I try the Aria 2 does not appear to be transmitting a wifi signal, hence the phone app nor the web app cannot complete the connection for setup.
It appears as if the wifi transmitter has stopped working within the Aria device.
Is there any remedies or further procedures I can try to resolve this issue ?

I would like to know the following details that will help me to determine the cause of the issue: Are you getting any error message when trying to connect your Aria 2? Did you make any changes to your network such as router, router settings or WiFi password?

My Aria 2 won't connect to my wifi network either. Noticed it this morning May 25th. I tried to reconnect multiple times. Rebooted my phone. Turned Wifi off and on
Took batteries out of scale
NOTHING working. No changes to my router. My network or password criteria. If I recall there was a recent software update. Wondering if something messed this up now
May 22nd the Fitbit App had an update done. Coincident now our Scales don't work? 🤔🙄😫

My Aria2 last synced on May 27, 2019. Since then it keeps saying there is no WiFi. I have reset the router, taken the batteries out of the scale, removed the scale from the app and tried reinstalling the scale. But I keep getting it can’t connect to my network or the network is unavailable. Router is the same as well as the password.
