New Aria 2, go through setup to the point of entering the 4 digits. Then the app goes back to the "add a new device" screen without having finalized the setup. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, pulling the batteries from the Aria, still won't connect. Help!

@JohnWC3 - Sorry to hear this. Can you tell me what type of mobile device you are using and is it a compatible device? If possible, can you try setting up on a different mobile device?
Are you seeing anything else after entering the four digits? How long does it take before the goes back to the new device screen?

@JohnWC3 Thanks for your response. It appears you are facing two separate issues on different devices and can't set up on either, that's strange! For your Android, did you try uninstalling/reinstalling the app and restarting your phone?
For the iOS 500 error, this is a known error that our team is working on. There was an app update today, can you try updating your app and see if you still have the error?

@iamjeannie Are you seeing error 500 when setting up? This issue was resolved about a month ago.

I am having the same issue with mine. I wish Fit bit would get it's act together and stop assuming their customers have not already tried EVERYTHING that they have suggested in their self help menu.

I have heard your team is working on compatibility issues for the last two years now with my Blaze and now the Aria 2. Why do I keep buying your products if they don't work before you put them on the market???
Sincerely,
Extremely Frustrated Customer!!!

@iamjeannie Thanks for getting back! Please make sure that you are following the setup process and your router has the standard settings as described in this help article. If the issue persists, please let me know what is the step that your scale gets stuck into.
@JohnWC3 I'm so glad to hear that you got the issue resolved and your Aria scale could be set up. Thanks for posting the update here.
@Jendeanbam Thanks for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I want to follow up and would like to know if you get any error message while setting up your scale. In the meantime, please make sure that your network uses the standard settings that are listed in this help article. After checking out those details, follow the setup process again as advised in the video that is included in the article as well.
See you all later my friends!

Uninstall the app from your phone, reinstall it, then try adding the Aria 2 again. That's what solved it for me.

Had problems setting up my Aria 2, see most of the errors I was getting on this Forum.
Fix. Made my old router that supports 802.11b a slave to my new router (only support 802.11n) and all my problems are gone. Now I'm very happy with my Aria 2.
