Although the Aria 2 says that it is connect to my Virgin WiFi, the app remains blank with regards to connection.
When I step on the scales all I get is fading feet graphics for about thirty seconds, followed by ‘ERROR’.
How do I solve this, as ii am getting slightly annoyed with them?

@Likeasalmon Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not syncing your data and it shows an error message.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Finally, check out this help article, which explains how to resolve the error messages that the Aria 2 might display.
