I have set up my Fitbit. But when I get on the scale it shows me my weight but nothing else. No BMI or % body fat. It also displays 2 feet that appear to be stepping forward or backward depending how you perceive it. After a little while it shuts off.
Can an someone help me?

@Larryb123 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not providing your BMI nor body fat percentage. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please check out this help page, under the subject "What does the Aria 2 measure?" After making sure that these details are correct, make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it still and barefoot.
If the issue persists, restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate your scale.
Since the issue is related to another topic, I moved your post to an individual thread in order to keep the Community organized.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()
