Hi @Sharonsf, it might be helpful if you removed the batteries from the Aria 2 and then reinserted them.  This is the reset process and may help with the BMI issue.

@Sharonsf welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not providing BMI readings.

Please check out this help article, under the subject "What does the Aria 2 measure" and make sure that you followed the steps listed in order to get BMI readings from your Aria 2.

Also, re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row. Make sure that you are standing on it still and barefoot.

Thank you for your help my friend @DramaQueenDiva!

@Sharonsf   I apologize if I am reading your post incorrectly.  But I am interpreting your issue different from the others who have offered a suggestion.  You say that BMI is not showing on your iPhone.  Your weight tile will show your weight and percent body fat.  I am not sure why, but the tile does not display BMI.  Tap on your weight tile, then any of the weight entries in the weight log.  You will see the BMI there.  Also, you can swipe left on the graph.  You will move from your Weight graph to Lean vs Fat graph to Body Fat % graph then your BMI graph.

I hope this helps.

@Sharonsf I think I misinterpreted your post incorrectly and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Unluckily, it seems that the pictures were not included in your post. Please check out this thread, which contains some steps that explain how to add images to your posts.

Please resend your post with the screenshots of your Fitbit app so @LZeeW  and me can assist you accordingly.

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Finally, repeat the workaround that shared @LZeeW and see if you are able to view your BMI readings. You can also view your BMI readings through your online Dashboard. Click on the arrow pointing to the right that is below the graph so you can view the readings.

Thank you for your help my friend @LZeeW.
