Aria 2 not showing body fat%

I have tried trouble shooting and can't figure out why my Aria 2 isn't showing my body fat%. It shows "--%" and that is all. I am weighing barefoot. I tried replacing batteries and completely resetting the device. What should I do?

Hi @Amers800, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not showing your body fat percentage. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like you to re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row. After this, check out if your Aria 2 tracks and records your body fat percentage.
