I've had my Aria 2 since early January 2020 and it has worked well till three days ago, when it started displaying the message "weak signal". I looked on these forums for a remedy, and I have tried everything recommended, more than once. On the app it says it is connected to our home broadband, my Charge 3 is syncing, all my devices are connecting, my TV is streaming films etc. without buffering, so the only problem is with the scales. Now, after spending all of yesterday afternoon trying to sort it out, when I step on the scales it displays my weight then turns itself off immediately. Help please anyone.

Hi @Ekiniah,
Sounds like it needs a good reset. Please remove the batteries from the Aria 2 for about 10 seconds and then put them back in.
Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your reply. I’ve done that several times, it didn’t help.

Tried again to reset it, and on the 5th attempt it worked. Scales are working properly again.
