So my scale have been giving me a huge amount of trouble. The weight doesn’t sync to my app, the body fat percentage and BMI isn’t picking up, and I have to keep resetting it every time I want to use it. On the screen, it shows the setup link. I tried all of the tips that is available and I’m fed up. What are my options? Can I send this item back?
