Aria 2 not transferring data info to app

Hello,

 

No info from my Aria 2 is going to my Fitbit account.

 

  • My Fitbit app says it's syncing - it shows a minute ago.
  • I see it on my wifi devices (other wife devices working)
  • I reset the connection to the wifi again - entered the password and it took it

 

But since Dec 31th 2020 it show the same weight and body fat till today.  Even though I have been weighing myself every morning.  And it shows about 10 entries at 4:45am.

Since then it shows the same weight and body fat the last 60 days.

 

Today I saw a connection error.  And the battery is at a medium level.

Firmware version 23.27.2.0

 

Did I lose two months of data?!

Suggestions on what to do here?

 

*Update*

 

I removed the scale from my app (trash) and had to reinstall it.  It now works.

Need to see how long this lasts.  Kind of a bummer I lost two month of info.

Oddly, batteries are fully charged, but app shows batter at medium.  Batteries are new, and I use them in different devices (rotating) which show full.
