Aria 2 now not displaying body fat % for any person

Hi,

 

We have two people set up on the Aria 2, we have had no previous issues with it, but last week it suddenly stopped recording and displaying body fat readings for both of us. The weight is still syncing back to fitbit for both of us correctly, but it is not calculating body fat. 

 

We have tried putting in new batteries and resetting with the button, but still the problem occurs. 

 

Any help please.

We have the same problem since November 7.  I  have tried everything and nothing has worked.  Did you have any luck with it yet?

nope, no luck at all. Still not seeing body fat displayed on the scale anymore.
