Hello @JenHenM and a warm welcome.  There is a setting in the app that controls the scale display setting.  To check this setting tap on your profile picture > Aria 2 > People Using This Scale > your name > make sure the Display Body fat (%) and Show BMI are toggled to On.

 

When you check your weight on your weight tile, are the numbers there?
