exactly what the title says

I have tried re-pairing it, changing wifi to another one and putting it back on the original, nothing is working :C

I fixed it by removing the batteries and putting them back in! Thank you Luis from the support team!

I did this and reconnected to wifi, but still nothing... also restarted my phone. I can't see any recent weigh ins in my app anymore and there isn't an option for it online anymore either as far as I can see.
